Good question, Gogo – thanks for tweeting us.   

The short answer is…not much! It’s simple to move your current subscription to a new computer. In fact, you can do it in just a few clicks. Below are some quick steps to transferring your subscription. Log in to your account from your new computer

  1. Click the “Move My Subscription” underneath the “Restore Files Button”
  2. A pop-up window will give you two options to either move your subscription and start a new backup or move your subscription and transfer your files
  3. Select which action you prefer then follow the instruction on the instructional pop ups

Keep in mind – you have to be using the same platform on your new computer. Windows operating system to Window operating system, etc…
