Thanks for the question, Michael. To view all your expiration and renewal information, simply log in to your account and go to the Account Summaries page. You’ll see a list of all computers on your account and their expiration or renewal dates.
If you’re a customer who opted for automatic renewal, we’ll only contact you if there’s something wrong with your billing information. If you’re not signed up for automatic renewal, we’ll remind you to renew your subscription prior to its expiration.
If, for whatever reason, you’re unable to renew your subscription prior to its expiration date we’ll keep your data for up to 30 days. In you think you may need more than that, call our customer support to get an extension.
It’s also good data safety practice to be aware of your subscription expiration or renewal date. Some people even have reminders marked in their calendars!
