We can get you up and running
Carbonite is so easy to install and set up that the whole process takes about 10 minutes. But if you have questions you want answered before getting started, or want help installing the software, just give us a call.
Through our complimentary Valet Setup service, available Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern Time, our small business sales team will get you up and running quickly. They'll install Carbonite using a remote assist program, help you invite your employees to join the account and will ensure your backup is set up just the way you want. Even if you’re just signing up for a free trial, we want to make sure you’re confident that your backup is running smoothly.
And we'll be there for you when you need us
When you lose business-critical data, you want to make sure you get it back. And you also want to know there’s someone to reach out to if you need help. That’s why all Carbonite Business customers get access to our U.S.-based support team via phone, email and chat 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to midnight Eastern Time. You can even send a request through your admin dashboard to have a customer support rep call you at a time that's most convenient.
