Don't worry, our other Carbonite backup products are not affected, and will continue to function as usual.

Can I still access my files remotely?

Yes, all Carbonite computer backup users can still access all of their backed up files remotely from any internet-connected computer using Anytime Anywhere Access, or via our free Android and iOS apps
