The Carbonite Business web-based administrative dashboard – which you can access from any computer connected to the Internet – provides all the information and tools you need to keep your business backed up. Using the Admin Dashboard, you can:
- See the backup status of every user
- View current and pending backup
- Invite individual users or groups of users to join your Carbonite account
- See if you're approaching your current storage capacity limit
- Purchase additional storage space if needed
Group & Search
The Group and Search features make it easy to manage the backup of institutions with lots of computers and users – like medium sized businesses, colleges and universities. With the Group feature, you can categorize users (i.e. by department, staff, office, etc.) so that you can easily manage the backup of specific groups. And, with the Search feature you can search for individual users, computers or groups, rather than manually looking through lists to find a specific computer.
