The Carbonite Customer Advisory Council works with Carbonite's dedicated team of User Experience Researchers to help ensure that our product designs and features are in line with what our users really need.
To help us accomplish this, members of the Carbonite Customer Advisory Council take short surveys, test new product designs, answer a few interview questions or attend focus groups. The feedback we receive from our users is directly applied to our product development process and helps ensure we’re building the best products possible.
