The program framework allows Partners to engage with Carbonite in multiple ways:

Reseller

Partners can easily engage with Carbonite at the Authorized level and receive product discounts. If an Authorized Partner achieves a specialization in a product family, they will also be eligible to receive rich deal registration margins specific to the product family. Achieving a specialization consists of a minimum number of sales and technical personnel completing online training. When a Partner meets their revenue targets and all program requirements, they will have access to more benefits such as rebates, prioritized MDF and Carbonite generated leads.

MSPs will have access to a sales team, on-boarding support and tools, advisory services and self-paced sales and technical training. By maintaining annual commitments defined in the program, Premier MSPs will receive access to Tier 2 customer support, quarterly business reviews and an aggressive royalty pricing structure.
